• All our fish are guaranteed a 100% live delivery.
• All prices quoted are in US$ , FOB: Colombo
• Our stock list changes every week, and will be sent by email to you in excel format on request.
• Packing charges per shipment US$ 10.00, documentation and handling charges would be US$60.00 per shipment.
• Payments could be made in advance by telegraphic transfer (unless previously agreed after shipment), please send us the copy of the remittance advise after payment is made.
• Should there be any mortality (DOA) , we should be informed within 24 hours upon receipt of the shipment with sufficient details and photo’s if possible, all acceptable claims (this will depend on our mutual understanding) will be issued a credit note or the dead fish will be replaced in the subsequent shipment.
• Shipments could be dispatched on freight collect or prepaid basis.
• All the charges related to the wire payment should paid by customer end with addition to total bill payment.
• All communication must be English only.
